We are expanding our Fab Operations and are looking for Integration Engineers, In this role you will develop new process or enhance existing modules, support customer new design characterization and design rule development efforts across the organization.
Job Description :
- Develop new processes or add additional modules/features into existing processes
- Maintain process with good yield, inline and ET Cpks
- Support customer new designs with module characterization, design rule development
- Use device knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve inline, Etest and sort issues
- Run prototype lots on new or derivative processes
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications :
- PhD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or Science in Physics/Material Science or related field
- At least 2 years relevant fab experience will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of device physics and SPC will be an added advantage
